Stanislav Pavel

Executive director of the group (20 years of practical experience in the business – of which 17 years in Central and Eastern Europe)

Mr. Pavel is the founder and executive director of investment and advisory group PERSEUS Group. Prior to founding PERSEUS Group, Mr. Pavel, was vice president of investment company ODIEN Assets Management and U.S. investment bank Latona Associates of Europe in Prague , where among others, he was responsible as a project manager for M & A and private equity transactions and also devoted himself to the process of revitalization of large Czech companies for Revitalization Agency a.s. in the relevant government program. Before that, Mr. Pavel worked as Executive Director in company Česká finanční, s.r.o., which he co-founded , as the first non-bank work-out institution in the Czech Republic for the Czech National Bank. Between 1997 and 2001, among others, Mr. Pavel was in charge of  restructuring team for project of rescuing company Spolek pro chemickou a hutni výrobu, a.s. in Ústi nad Labem, as Chairman of the Supervisory Board.

Mr. Pavel native language is Czech and he is fluent in English. He graduated from the Czech Technical University in Prague, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering (Ing.) and also received an MBA from Prague International Business School, which is accredited by Manchester Metropolitan University.
