PERSEUS Consulting

  • 2002: representation of Italian investor in acquisition of main Czech industrial holding with transaction volume of CZK 1.7 billion; 
  • 2003: sales mandate of company AVC a.s., Čadca, from its private owners, part of the provided services was also a pre-sale formulation of restructuring plan and purchase of non-performing loan from financing bank in a total volume of 75 million SK;
  • 2004: representation the worldwide number one brewery in the process of potential acquisition of the third biggest Slovak brewery TOPVAR, in total volume of SKK 780 million
  • 2004: advisory for an U. S. private equity fund in the restructuring process of owned IT firm. The sale of company’s core assets to the strategic partner in total volume of USD 2.1 million 
  • 2005: advisory for an English-Indian private equity fund in the acquisition process of Slovak tires press-machines and machinery producer in total volume of SKK 50 million and as a part of this transaction the arrangement of  mezzanine financing of GPB 1.5 million
  • 2006: exclusive cooperation with Credit Suisse Securities London on identifying undervalued assets for their private clients - with negotiated transaction volume of CZK 4.7 billion
  • 2008: sales mandate of significant Czech company operating in the projection, installation and service of air conditioning and building services  and its sale to the foreign financial investors in a total volume over CZK 35 million
  • 2009: spin off of two privately owned companies  together with the change of their legal form;  total  assets of both companies was almost CZK 100 million
  • 2010: restructuring mandate from owners of an important producer of facade systems and building casing; and after disagreement with the financing bank formulation of optimal exit strategy associated with keeping production and jobs in the region with total consolidated turnover of over CZK 140 million
  • 2011: financial and simple operational restructuring mandate of a major processor of metal waste in Northern Bohemia, saving the company from bankruptcy, positive turnover from the loss of CZK 40 million into profit of CZK 20 million; during the mandate the company´s turnover reached almost CZK 300 million
  • 2010 – 2012: mergers and acquisition mandate from an English financial investor with consolidated transaction volume of almost CZK 150 million in the area of engineering, construction and development
